I’m Sara. Avid storyteller. Problem-solver. NGO worker turned writer and social media strategist.
Welcome to my tiny patch of web real estate. Here, you can learn more about my story, professional history, and projects I’m passionate about.
Who Am I?
Years of living in different places, holding a variety of positions, and having many different interests mean I am a lot of things. Despite cross-continental moves and switching industries, these characteristics remain the core of who I am personally and professionally:
I am a writer. My passion lies in helping people share their stories. There is something to be learned from everyone, no matter who they are, where they are from, or what their talents are. Whether it be helping nonnative English speakers with editing or creating high-quality, engaging content for my clients, seeing stories come together is what keeps me going.
I am a strategist. Solving problems energizes me. One of my favorite parts of my current position is keeping up with the ever-changing world of search engine optimization. SEO is always evolving, and it’s my job to keep myself and my coworkers informed and develop cutting-edge strategies to help my clients’ websites and social media properties ranking where the world can see them.
I am a globetrotter. I have lived in a variety of places: rural Montana, Uruguay, Croatia, Washington, D.C., Egypt, and now Lancaster, PA. I’m constantly challenged by my travels and life abroad. They’ve fostered a deep love of learning, appreciation for diversity, and a strength in cross-cultural communication.
